d. If using Klarna as a payment method, you must adhere to their terms and conditions. Monroe’s Jewellers Limited is not responsible for any late payments or credit issues from the consumer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

1. We aim to dispatch orders of in-stock items within 5 working days after payment confirmation.
2. Some items may require lead times of up to 8 weeks, the customer will be contacted in such a situation.
