Returning Your Jewellery
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you have purchased from us in store or ordered online you can return items to us.
If bought in store, these are deemed as considered purchases as you have seen these items in person. You are of course entitled to return the item to us within 28 days for another product exchange, or for a credit note which is redeemable against any service we offer (including repairs, bespoke design, valuations for insurance) as payment if used within 3 months of the return fo the item.
If ordered online, you are entitled to a cooling-off period during which you can return your goods. Please notify us in writing within 14 days of placing your order. Then simply return the unworn, unused item to us in its original packaging undamaged with all relevant receipts, tags and packaging within 28 days of purchase (we recommend tracked and insured delivery as we will not refund items that are not received).
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings and other products for body and ear piercings. If tags are removed, we are unable to accept returns on other products.
Bespoke, customised, personalised or altered orders are not eligible to be returned. Any postage payment will not be credited, however the item value will be credited to your account. This does not affect your statutory rights.
